On Windows 10, while working with environment SYS VAR or USER VAR, you have to spend at least 3 clicks to open this dialog

Create a shortcut will open that dialog directly

Target = %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe sysdm.cpl,EditEnvironmentVariables

Start in = %windir%
